Oh Sandy, this is a LOVELY painting, not sure why you said you were not good at painting... HOWEVER you are dangerously close to being at the point where I say "Don't fall in love with your underpainting!" You may get to a level of detail where you are hesitant to cover it all with paper. I guess you personally are not in love with this, but I am!
Thank you so much, Elizabeth! I was just telling my friend here that I really like working on this wood panel. MAYBE if I practice painting, there will be a time when I have a nice painting and if it's not nice I cover it with paper--nice to have two options:)

Are you sure you want to glue paper to this????? Ir is such a nice painting!
