Today's Work on the Waterflower
Here I am today--but where do I need to go with it?? The big question! Once I decide on the top portion I can begin with the paper!
Oh you know I love the DRIPS! leave some of that lovely wood grain showing through. You may want to consider a lighter color drippy paint in the background next time, to let it fade to the background and let the flower really shine. The dark is kind of dramatic and I feel it's fighting with the flower. but let's go with it and see what happens. :)
